typhon36- Many, but none that can be spared from their assignments. The bureaucrats in orbit on the station won't give the personnel on the planet a screwdriver without filling out all the proper forms, and going through the right channels...And bribing the shits on top of it all. So, no.

Does kinda remind me of an old story, I think it was by Isaac Asimov, where the crew of a space station are having trouble with equipment arriving in kit form without proper assembly instructions. No problem, though, because they've ordered a universal kit-assembling machine. Unfortunately...

Hmm, so new stuff is delivered in old rusty containers just like the ones already there? I would have expected that the newly arrived containers were considerably less rusty.

Oh and: "RYAL" / "RRAL" - which one is correct?
